Credit where credit is due

Roger Cohen at the New York Times is not a Republican like the previous people mentioned in “Credit where credit is due.” Yet today he pointed out the parallelism between Hamas and I$raeli politics.

It’s difficult to finesse the Mideast diplomacy situation, because the various actors are entrenched and experienced. That’s why it’s good to have people like Cohen and Britain’s prime minister Gordon Brown talking about dealing with Hezbollah in Lebanon too.

Meghan McCain is also bashing Ann Coulter. There is definitely an issue of the youth vote for Republicans, including the single female vote. Republicans have done well with married females, but if the party is going to change, it’s going to need to find some way of going after single females. Today the USA Today also reported that non-religious people have reached 15% of the population, behind the Catholics and Baptists.
