Employment discrimination

I’ve been arrested twice while conducting journalist work by police in coordination with Secret Service. One of those arrests came at the 2004 Democratic Convention where all the arrests were people of Asian descent.

I was also arrested once distributing “MIM Notes.” Now the Wall Street Journal reports that arrest records are being scrutinized more than ever in terms of employment.

Racism in arrests dims the prospects of employable people.
